• 2.1 Operational Leadership & Strategic Alignment: Own the translation of founder-level vision into structured, executable operating plans across NationalTenders.com, DATEK, and Talk On Tenders.
• 2.2 Team Management & Culture: Directly manage, mentor, and hold accountable the five functional leads (Support, IT, Content, HR, Sales), building a collaborative, high-performance culture across departments.
• 2.3 Performance, Process & Risk Management: Own KPI systems, workflow design, and continuous improvement across all functions; proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
• 2.4 Budget & Resource Management: Own budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation decisions under this role’s authority.
• 2.5 Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure Sales, Technology, Support, and Content work in sync to maintain service standards and delivery commitments.
• 2.6 Strategic Partnership with Founder: Act as the founder’s operational thought-partner—translate ambition into a scalable structure and provide data-driven challenge when needed.
