Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a Head of Operations to design and lead the operating system that will scale the business from 185 employees to hundreds more. This is a company-building role focused on systems, rhythms, and accountability across delivery, finance, and people ops.

You will partner with the CEO and department heads to remove bottlenecks, implement scalable processes, and ensure on-time, high-quality client outcomes while maintaining speed and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of operations leadership in a fast-growing company.
• Experience leading multiple business functions including client operations, finance, and people operations.
• Experience scaling organizations through rapid growth.
• Strong understanding of operational systems, financial management, organizational design, and performance management.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes that improve execution.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance client outcomes with efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Analytical with a bias toward action and ownership.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own operational excellence across the client delivery organization.
• Build scalable systems, SOPs, dashboards, and cadences.
• Lead Finance operations including budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee Talent & People operations and ensure hiring pace.
• Drive cross-functional execution through weekly reviews and planning.
• Partner with the CEO and leaders to remove bottlenecks and scale.
• Create visibility into performance with dashboards and KPIs.
