Job summary

Growe Talents is seeking an Operations-focused leader to oversee projects and standard processes, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk management. You will set priorities, support PMs, and drive efficiency across business units.

You will analyze bottlenecks, champion automation, and establish KPIs, underpinning data-driven prioritization for scalable growth. Strong leadership and communication are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations or similar fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record mentoring or developing Project Managers.
• Experience leading large-scale projects in product companies (iGaming exp. a strong plus).
• Experience with process optimization, automation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects and regular processes, ensuring effective planning, execution and risk management.
• Set priorities, ensure clear ownership and support PMs in delivering initiatives.
• Analyze processes across units to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Use Jira, Confluence, spreadsheets and pivot tables to monitor and optimize operations.
• Design and optimize scalable processes, workflows, SLAs and standards.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; use data to support decisions and prioritization.
• Identify opportunities for automation and tool optimization to reduce manual work.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scaling.
