Advantage HQ is seeking a Head of Operations to build the operating system for a fast-growing growth firm. You will create scalable processes, dashboards, and routines that keep delivery, finance, and people operations aligned with client outcomes while maintaining speed and quality.

Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-growing company.
• Experience leading multiple business functions (client operations, finance, people).
• Experience scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth.
• Strong understanding of operational systems and performance management.
• Ability to build scalable processes that improve execution.

Responsibilities

• Own operational excellence across the entire client delivery organization.
• Design and implement scalable operating rhythms, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Lead Finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, invoicing, and reporting.
• Lead Talent & People operations including recruiting and onboarding.
• Drive cross-functional execution with weekly reviews and company-wide initiatives.
• Partner with the CEO and leaders to scale the business and reduce bottlenecks.
