Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of operations leadership experience in a fast-growing company.
• Experience leading client operations, finance, and people operations.
• Proven ability to scale organizations and manage globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own operational excellence across the client delivery organization.
• Design and continuously improve how the company operates with scalable systems.
• Lead Finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, invoicing, and controls.
• Oversee Talent & People operations to recruit and develop top talent.
• Drive cross-functional execution and weekly business reviews.
