Job summary

foodpanda, part of Delivery Hero, seeks a Business Development Executive in Parañaque to drive growth by acquiring new restaurants, exhaust leads, and close deals through cold calling, fieldwork, and virtual presentations. You will present packages, negotiate contracts, and contribute to vendor incubation with cross‑functional teams.

You will monitor competition, collect restaurant feedback, and act as the local market expert to support continuous improvement and protect market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mass communication or related area preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in sales, business development, upselling or field sales.
• Good understanding of Sales Pipeline Management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino; comfortable with local dialect.
• Open to extensive fieldwork in Paranaque, Las Piñas & Muntinlupa.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is an advantage.
• Self-motivated team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new restaurants to partner with foodpanda and exhaust leads.
• Close deals with target restaurants via cold calling, fieldwork, and virtual presentations.
• Present foodpanda packages effectively to vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with other departments to incubate partners and ensure success.
• Exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth with performance-based incentives.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market-share recommendations.
• Gather partner feedback and communicate improvements to management.
