Job summary

TGTC seeks a GTM Engineer / AI Engineer to own and scale AI-powered growth workflows across our go-to-market stack. You’ll work directly with the founders to define how growth happens at the company, from first touch to retention.

You’ll architect GTM systems, lead AI agents and workflows, and integrate tools like Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified growth engine. This is a high-ownership role with remote work and a path to leading a team.

Qualifications

• Experience building revenue-growth systems and measurable impact.
• Strong systems thinker with end-to-end ownership.
• Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, or light coding.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product.
• Lead development of AI agents and workflows that automate key parts of the funnel.
• Orchestrate Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified growth engine.
• Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals.
• Build intelligent workflows (lead scoring, routing, onboarding flows).
• Define how AI is used across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify bottlenecks and design systems to remove them.
• Partner with founders on growth strategy and experiments.
