Kraken is building an AI-native growth engine where agents handle distribution, creative iteration, and system-wide intelligence. You’ll be the second builder on the engine, working with our lead architect to ship agent orchestrations, automated workflows, and integrations powering paid growth, lifecycle, organic search, CRO, incentives, referrals, and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems using AI orchestration platforms or workflow tools.
• Strong understanding of API integrations—REST, webhooks, authentication patterns, and error handling at scale.
• Experience working with LLM APIs—prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use, and agent chaining.
• Comfort working from a spec and delivering accurate flows without hand-holding.
• Growth or marketing context: you understand the business objective behind the tech.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship new growth workflows from spec to production, enabling automation across channels.
• Design and implement reliable, scalable integrations between AI reasoning, data platforms, and analytics.
• Develop reusable agent infrastructure components and maintain clear workflow documentation.
• Monitor, audit, and iterate on agent actions for governance and continuous improvement.
