Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced GTM and sales strategy professionals to help train AI language models on professional documents and decks. This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start.

Candidates should have 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership, with direct ownership of territory and quota design, pipeline forecasts, and compensation/incentive proposals. Strong written craftsmanship required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy or revenue leadership with ownership of territory and quota design.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology and compensation/incentive design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Design models for territory/quota, sales battlecards, and forecast decks.
• Lead go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products.
• Provide win/loss analyses and incentive structure proposals.
