Job summary

Firework — a global AI and video commerce leader — is seeking a Sr. GTM Engineer to build the go-to-market foundation from scratch. You will design enrichment, sourcing, scoring, and routing systems to convert the total addressable market into a healthy pipeline and own lead generation end to end.

You’ll work closely with Sales to translate your foundation into real pipeline; this role suits someone who thrives with ambiguity and can move fast using AI tools like Claude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a GTM engineering or demand generation role.
• Hands-on experience with a modern GTM stack (Salesforce, enrichment tools, sales engagement platforms).
• Strong SQL and scripting skills (Python or JavaScript) for custom workflows.
• Track record of building or improving lead-gen systems that grew qualified pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build the foundation: stand up the core GTM systems and data infrastructure from the ground up.
• Own enterprise lead generation end to end: define, build sourcing, enrichment, scoring, routing logic.
• Design and automate outbound and inbound lead flows to keep a full, well-qualified pipeline.
• Partner with Sales and leadership to define what a qualified lead looks like and scale it.
• Use AI tools (including Claude) to prototype and ship lead-gen automations quickly.
• Continuously test and improve lead generation systems and adapt as the market evolves.
