The role blends technical problem-solving with business thinking, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Data, and Revenue teams to translate complex systems into practical outcomes, measured by SQLs
Qualifications
- Experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Operations or Marketing Operations.
- Hands-on with workflow automation platforms (n8n or similar).
- Experience API/webhook integrations and custom integrations.
- Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and AI-powered workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build GTM systems and automations across European markets.
- Launch growth experiments to increase self-service signups.
- Connect systems via APIs, webhooks, OAuth and integrations.
- Develop AI-powered workflows for marketing and GTM use cases.
