Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced GTM strategists to train an AI language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide tasks. The role offers fully remote work, ASAP start, and compensation of $100/hour for 5-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.

You will craft and refine strategic documents, forecast decks, and compensation plans, applying deep expertise in sales strategy and pipeline design to guide AI-assisted outputs and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, or revenue leadership.
• Fluency with pipeline forecast methodology and sales battlecard development.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Design territory and quota models and pipeline forecast decks for leadership reviews.
• Develop go-to-market launch plans for new segments or products; perform win/loss analyses.
• Propose compensation plans and incentive structures for revenue teams.
