Freshworks is seeking a strategic, systems-minded leader to architect the future of our GTM operating model. As Director, GTM Systems Architecture, you will define how our commercial organization operates and design the technology architecture that enables it.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, IT, and Engineering to translate business strategy into scalable workflows, data, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or related roles in a SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce and GTM tech ecosystem.
• Experience designing scalable operating models that connect people, process, data, and technology.
• Strong executive communication skills with experience influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into scalable business capabilities, processes, and technology architecture.
• Design future-state operating models that simplify how commercial teams work while improving customer and employee experiences.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate complexity, standardize processes, and improve productivity across the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to shape how Freshworks evolves its GTM organization over time.
• Own the long-term architectural vision and roadmap for the GTM technology ecosystem.
• Design how Salesforce and adjacent platforms work together as a connected commercial platform.
