• Strong end-to-end thinking and ownership.
• Experience with workflows via APIs or automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale GTM systems across sales, marketing, and product.
• Lead development of AI agents and workflows that automate funnel parts.
• Integrate Salesforce and HubSpot into a unified system.
• Turn product and user data into actionable growth signals.
• Build intelligent workflows (lead scoring, routing, onboarding flows).
• Define AI usage across the customer lifecycle and identify bottlenecks.
