Job summary

ComPsych Corporation is seeking a Senior Global Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple geographies, partnering with hiring managers and HR to meet global workforce needs.

You will develop cross-border sourcing strategies, promote the employer brand, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across regions. Strong communication, cultural agility, and proactive collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of global full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting
• Proven track record sourcing passive candidates across multiple countries

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across regions and time zones for global openings
• Create interview guides, job profiles, and descriptions for global markets
• Develop cross-border sourcing strategies addressing regional talent differences
• Source actively using standard and creative methods across international markets
• Conduct phone and video interviews accommodating varying time zones
• Oversee background checks and country-specific compliance
• Lead post-interview debriefs with global teams and candidates
• Educate managers on behavioral interviewing and compliant processes
• Coordinate job postings in line with regional protocols and legal requirements
• Negotiate offers including international compensation and relocation where applicable
• Close unselected candidates respectfully and provide recruitment analytics
• Collaborate with HR to ensure consistent application of policies globally
• Assist with onboarding to ensure positive global experience
• Recruit for non-global roles as needed
