Cybalink Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to manage multiple hiring requirements across global clients and internal operations. The role demands strong organisation, attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead sourcing, headhunting, and end-to-end recruitment while partnering with hiring managers to align on priorities. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of recruitment experience, excellent English communication, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management.
• Experience with high-volume hiring.
• Excellent English communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across client and internal roles.
• Source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, referrals, and Boolean search.
• Handle high-volume recruitment while meeting quality and turnaround targets.
• Conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews and prepare candidate endorsements.
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to align on recruitment priorities and expectations.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Track candidate progress, recruitment activity, and hiring metrics accurately.
• Support team members while adapting quickly to changing and competing priorities.
