Qualifications

Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

Source and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
Track candidate progress in the recruitment system and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation for successful candidates.
