Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to deployment.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Review and screen resumes based on job requirements and qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Prepare and endorse qualified candidates for client review and interview.
• Monitor candidate progress, interview results, job offers, and deployment requirements.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with clients regarding hiring requirements, recruitment updates, and concerns.
• Provide regular recruitment status reports and hiring updates.
• Assist in resolving recruitment issues and delays.
• Guide and support junior recruiters in sourcing, screening, and recruitment procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Recommend improvements to recruitment processes to improve efficiency and hiring turnaround time.
