Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience within RPO, staffing, or related environments.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching recruitment professionals to elevate performance.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate through influence and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to foster accountability and collaboration.
• Drive team performance against hiring goals, SLAs, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day leadership for efficient recruitment delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with US-based stakeholders as a strategic partner.
• Facilitate business discussions on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
• Coach recruiters through complex hiring situations, enhancing consultative skills.
• Use data and recruitment intelligence to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
• Monitor pipelines, productivity, and operational health to ensure consistent delivery.
• Identify risks and process inefficiencies and drive proactive solutions.
• Champion initiatives to improve recruiter effectiveness and candidate experience.
