Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Director of Talent Sourcing to lead a global sourcing function, remotely from the Philippines or India. You will report to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition and collaborate with stakeholders across enterprise hiring.

You will build targeted sourcing strategies, run complex searches, and drive data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include leading multi-region sourcing teams, developing metrics, coaching recruiters, and delivering leadership-ready reports to influence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
8–12+ years in talent acquisition with sourcing and executive search.
3–5 years leading global or multi-region sourcing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead recruiting for complex roles requiring advanced sourcing, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder alignment.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies using market insights, competitor mapping, and talent segmentation.
Conduct in-depth assessments and influence hiring decisions through structured evaluation.
Improve TA processes through documentation, templates, and better stakeholder communication.
Prepare leadership-ready hiring reports, forecasts, and recommendations.
Support TA capability building through coaching and best-practice sharing.
