Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CPP is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years general accounting experience.
• Experience with Netsuite and Workday preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and GAAP.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform all day-to-day Payroll processing for bi-weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Conduct payroll audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Resolve payroll and tax-related queries from employees.
• Ensure payroll reporting and payments comply with policies and local regulations.
• Support monthly and quarterly close by reconciling payroll accounts.
• Collaborate with HR on hires, changes, and terminations.
• Assist in transitioning payroll operations to Workday.
