Job summary

Infinit-O Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly and monthly payroll, ensure accuracy, and support audits. You will resolve payroll and tax questions, reconcile accounts for month-end close, and collaborate with HR and Benefits on changes and deductions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 2+ years in general accounting, and familiarity with Netsuite and Workday. Experience in SaaS/tech is a plus; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CPP is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years general accounting experience.
• Experience with Netsuite and Workday.
• Prior SaaS/tech industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform all day-to-day payroll processing for bi-weekly and monthly payroll.
• Conduct payroll audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to payroll and tax questions from employees.
• Ensure payroll reporting and payments align with GAAP and local regs.
• Support monthly/quarterly close by reconciling payroll accounts.
• Review end-of-period accruals and expenses by region or brand.
• Collaborate with HR on hires, changes, terminations; with Benefits on deductions.
• Assist in transitioning international payroll operations to Workday.
