Job summary

Infinit-O Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly and monthly payroll, ensure accuracy, and support audits. You will resolve payroll and tax questions, reconcile accounts for month-end close, and collaborate with HR and Benefits on changes and deductions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 2+ years in general accounting, and familiarity with Netsuite and Workday. Experience in SaaS/tech is a plus; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CPP is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years general accounting experience.
• Experience with Netsuite and Workday.
• Prior SaaS/tech industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform all day-to-day payroll processing for bi-weekly and monthly payroll.
• Conduct payroll audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all day-to-day Payroll processing for bi-weekly and monthly payroll, conducting payroll audits to ensure adherence to application policies and regulations
  
• Resolve complex payroll processing & employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing Answer payroll and tax related questions from employees
  
• Ensure payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and all local regulations
  
• Support Monthly and Quarterly close by reconciling payroll accounts
  
• Review and analyze month/quarter end compensation accruals and expenses by region, state, franchise brand or restaurant Review and implement process improvements for employee adherence to published T&E policies and audits Maintenance and management of transactions related to 606 commissions

Requirements

Job Requirements and Credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or fi nance, CPA or CPP is a plus
  
• Minimum of 2 years general accounting experience
  
• Advanced PC and/or Macbook skills, speci fi cally with Word, Excel spreadsheets, Google Docs and downloading, importing and exporting fi les and google suite
  
• Experience with Netsuite and Workday
  
• Prior experience within SaaS/tech industry preferred or work with SaaS/tech clients
  
• Knowledge of operational accounting processes
  
• Knowledge of operational payroll processes
  
• Strong ability to prioritize and organize work e ff ectively
  
• Ability to collaborate & communicate e ff ectively with internal partners on issues and provide recommendations
  
• Possess excellent attention to detail; excellent analytical, and reconciliation skills
