Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day payroll for bi-weekly and monthly cycles with emphasis on US payroll compliance. You will resolve complex issues, answer tax questions, and support month-end closes while collaborating with HR and Benefits teams.

The role includes helping transition international payroll operations to Workday and participating in system implementation projects. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum 2 years general accounting experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of payroll processing experience is required.
• US payroll knowledge is required.
• Advanced Excel and Google Suite skills.
• Workday experience preferred for transitions.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day payroll processing for bi-weekly and monthly payroll.
• Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations and GAAP.
• Resolve complex payroll issues and respond to employee payroll questions.
• Support monthly and quarterly close by reconciling payroll accounts.
• Collaborate with HR on hires, changes, and terminations.
• Assist in transitioning international payroll to Workday and support implementations.
