Infosys BPM Philippines invites you to join our Payroll team at BGC, Taguig, handling Human Resource Outsourcing - Payroll. The role focuses on accurate pay calculations, weekly and monthly payroll processing, and audit-ready reporting.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, understand payroll ERP systems, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. Onsite work is required; holidays and weekends may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in business or technical discipline.
• Knowledge of payroll ERP’s.
• Knowledge of payroll laws and regional requirements.
• Knowledge of payroll fundamentals.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Onsite work 100% with local proximity advantage.
• Willing to work day, shift, weekend schedules as needed.
• Teachable demeanor and good business etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete pay information is recorded and calculated.
• Work payroll error reports.
• Perform Gross-to-net calculations.
• Provide information to internal research specialist on pay inquiries.
• Assist payroll manager in resolving payroll problems.
• Maintain payroll system up-to-date and accurate.
• Coordinate and process employee payrolls weekly, bi-monthly and monthly.
• Prepare reports required for audit operations.
• Respond to payroll queries from employees.
• Generate periodic and ad-hoc payroll reports to management.
