Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate pay information and timely payroll processing. You will handle gross-to-net calculations, respond to employee inquiries, and support audit-ready reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, knowledge of payroll ERP systems, and strong analytical skills. Onsite work with regular weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly payroll cycles is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related or technical discipline.
• Knowledge of payroll ERP systems.
• Knowledge of payroll laws and requirements in regions.
• Knowledge of payroll fundamentals.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete pay information is recorded and accurately calculated for each payroll cycle.
• Work payroll error reports.
• Perform gross-to-net calculations.
• Provide information to internal research specialist on pay inquiries.
• Assist payroll manager in resolving payroll problems.
• Maintain payroll system up-to-date and accurate.
• Coordinate and process employee payrolls weekly, bi-monthly & monthly.
• Prepare reports required for audit operations.
• Respond to payroll queries and concerns from employees.
• Generate periodic and ad-hoc payroll reports to management.
