Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to deliver timely, accurate payroll across designated regions. You will manage payroll tasks, reporting, issue resolution, and compliance while driving improvements and system enhancements.

We value collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT, and require at least two years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of SAP/Workday or ADP. Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance or related field.
• At least two years of payroll, HR, or finance experience.
• Knowledge of payroll concepts and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools.
• Experience with SAP/Workday; ADP is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing or case-management systems.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• High confidentiality and data privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day payroll tasks for assigned regions per global standards.
• Produce payroll reports, reconciliations, and data checks across systems.
• Process payslips, certificates, payroll requests, and third-party payments.
• Research and resolve payroll issues raised by employees and partners.
• Manage payroll mailboxes and service cases using ticketing tools.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and payroll vendors.
• Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls in payroll activities.
• Support audits with timely records and evidence.
• Maintain payroll documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Protect confidential information and uphold privacy requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Support user acceptance testing of system changes and upgrades.
