Job summary

RGP Philippines is seeking a Payroll Analyst to deliver accurate payroll across designated countries, ensuring compliance with SOX and data privacy. The role includes reporting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement in payroll processes.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers, handling confidential data and ensuring timely payroll cycles. Hybrid work in BGC is required, with availability for mid shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or finance/payroll operations.
• Hands‑on knowledge of payroll processing concepts and statutory payroll requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with payroll systems (SAP/Workday preferred; ADP advantageous).
• Experience with case management or ticketing tools.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day payroll tasks for assigned countries per global standards and country requirements.
• Perform payroll reporting, reconciliations, validations, and data checks across systems.
• Ensure timely processing of pay slips, certificates, and payroll requests.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues.
• Maintain payroll mailboxes and manage cases via service tools.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
