Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager to lead HR Service Delivery for Global Payroll, operating in a hybrid work setup. You will drive payroll across in-house and outsource partners, ensuring compliance and data integrity across multiple geographies.

The role requires extensive payroll leadership experience, SAP/Workday proficiency, and the ability to manage a large, multi-country payroll operation with tight SLAs.

Qualificações

• At least 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
• SAP experience as a working tool within payroll execution.
• Global experience is preferred only.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for Global Payroll delivery across in house and Outsource Countries.
• Manage a team of approx. 150 resources servicing approx. 75K pay slips monthly.
• Oversee pre payroll, gross to net and external vendor partners.
• Solid understanding of Data management, Payroll Controls, corresponding Payroll failure points, and Ops rigor.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• There are overall 17 countries that are under scope with approx. 30 Pay runs.
