Qualifications

• At least 7–8 years of relevant experience and 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Payroll and SAP experience required.
• Voice proficiency of B1T is not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for team and customer issues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement with other leads.
• Drive corporate initiatives, delivery of metrics and optimal performance of the team through ongoing stakeholder interaction.
• Participate in the planning process to establish annual objectives and goals.
• Be responsible for the development of resources under your reporting line.
• Produce and distribute pay to employees’ bank accounts.
• Conduct audit activities.
• Produce General Ledger feed.
• Payroll reporting.
• Distribute vendor/government data as required.
• Post payrun activities and calculate gross to net.
