Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate global payroll transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.

You will drive process improvements, system implementations, and compliance efforts while partnering with Payroll, HR, Finance, and vendors worldwide. The role requires extensive experience with Workday or similar HCM platforms, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently with global teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in project management or transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading global payroll initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations and time & attendance.
• Experience with Workday or similar HCM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with payroll vendor systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global payroll transformation projects across geographies
• Drive payroll process improvements and system implementations
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, Internal Controls, vendors, and project teams worldwide
• Oversee Workday/HCM integrations, payroll reconciliations, and process standardization
• Ensure successful project delivery, user adoption, and business outcomes
