Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• >3 years of payroll experience in a complex/multi-stakeholder environment.
• Payroll administration including checks, manual payments and reconciliations for AU market.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, and compliance obligations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and propose solutions.
• Experience preparing clear payroll reports and maintaining accurate data.
• Collaborative mindset to guide employees, managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time, maintaining data and pre-submission checks.
• Prepare complex manual payments and complete payroll reconciliations when required.
• Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers with clear guidance.
• Support payroll, financial system and process changes and ensure effective implementation.
• Maintain payroll documentation and consistent document management.
• Prepare data, analytics and reports to support decisions.
• Identify and escalate non-compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build internal relationships and contribute to continuous payroll improvements.
