Job summary

Flat Rock Technology is launching its first Manila-based sales hub and seeks an ambitious Business Development Representative to build an international client pipeline. You will focus on winning new business for BPO and outsourcing services while collaborating with our global teams to shape growth in the Philippine market.

You\'ll start by generating leads, cold calling, and outreach via LinkedIn and email, with potential to lead and recruit a local sales team as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in BPO or outsourcing sales preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads for international clients (UK/Europe/US/Australia).
• Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage international businesses for BPO/outsourcing services.
• Generate new business via cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach and networking.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
• Engage senior decision-makers and articulate the value of outsourcing.
• Arrange qualified meetings for international Sales/Commercial teams.
• Collaborate with global offices to develop new business opportunities.
• Help shape sales strategy and growth in Manila.
• Potential to recruit/lead a local sales team as business expands.
