Flat Rock Technology in Manila is building its first local sales presence. We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative with proven experience selling BPO or outsourcing services to international clients.

You'll own outbound prospecting and account development while shaping our Manila strategy and pipeline. Initially focused on winning new business, you'll have the opportunity to progress into leadership as the Manila operation grows, recruiting and mentoring a local sales
