Talent Map Global BPO Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities and build a healthy client pipeline targeting North American companies seeking BPO and offshore staffing solutions.

The role involves outbound prospecting, research on target accounts, lead qualification, and coordinating with management to schedule discovery calls, while maintaining accurate CRM data in a hybrid work setup in the Philippines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Management, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, telemarketing, client coordination, or administrative support.
• Experience prospecting B2B clients, conducting outbound outreach, qualifying leads, or scheduling sales appointments is an advantage.
• Experience supporting North American clients or working with BPO, offshore staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing services is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business opportunities and build a qualified client pipeline.
• Outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, referrals, and campaigns.
• Research prospective companies and key decision-makers.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or meetings.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy.
• Coordinate with management and internal teams to support client acquisition.
• Ensure confidentiality and data privacy.
