Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college undergraduate acceptable.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• 1–2 years Spanish experience in logistics/shipping or BPO.
• Maersk systems experience is a plus.
• Flexibility for night shifts and weekends; willing to adapt.

Responsibilities

• Handle counter tasks and inquiries.
• Communicate with stakeholders in Spanish and English.
• Process invoicing and payment collection with accuracy.
• Manage daily issue resolutions via email and chat per IOPs; ensure service quality.
• Handle receipts, invoicing, cargo releases, and payment validation.
• Prepare export/import documentation and timely submissions to stakeholders including OBL.
• Assist with root cause analyses for escalations; train new hires as needed.
• Commit to accuracy, timeliness, and established procedures.
