Job summary

Maersk in Manila seeks a customer service professional to deliver frontline support for Ocean and L&S products. You will assist the Sales and Customer Success teams, handle inquiries, and maintain clear, timely communication with customers and colleagues locally and abroad.

The role requires 2+ years in shipping/logistics, strong English, and proficient MS Office skills. You will work in a day-shift, site-based environment with focus on continuous improvement and KPI attainment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2+ years relevant experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service in line with Maersk brand and SLAs.
• Assist Sales and Customer Success Partners in queries and quotations for Ocean and L&S products.
• Read and reply to correspondences with internal stakeholders and customers within SLAs.
