Job summary

Maersk in Pasig is seeking a customer service pro with 3–5 years in BPO/shipping to join our team on-site. You will coordinate end-to-end dispatch, interact with customers and carriers, and ensure timely service delivery across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in Customer Service, BPO or shipping preferred.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasig City with mid-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end dispatch across truck, rail and barge networks.
• Interact with customers, carriers, terminal operators and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor movements, identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure delivery against customer service commitments and manage inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and support vendor performance improvements.
