Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, or supply chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service aligned with Maersk brand and value proposition.
• Assist Sales and Customer Success in queries and quotations for Ocean and L&S.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Read and respond to emails from internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support continuous improvement of Ocean and L&S processes.
• Execute export/import sales processes as per global design.
