Job summary

Maersk is seeking a customer service professional to join its ocean and logistics operations in Manila. You will support sales and customer success, handle inquiries and quotations, and maintain strong communication with internal and external partners to meet SLAs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in shipping/logistics, strong English skills, and MS Office proficiency. Expect a dayshift, site-based arrangement within a global, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year program.
• 2+ years in shipping, logistics, forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Data analysis skills are a plus.
• MS Office proficiency expected.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Willing to work on dayshift, site-based arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service aligned with Maersk brand and value proposition.
• Assist Sales and Customer Success in queries and quotations for Ocean and L&S products.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Read and reply to correspondence with stakeholders and customers.
• Support improvements to Ocean and L&S processes and products.
• Execute and assist in export/import sales processes per global design.
• Engage with origin/destination teams to add customer value.
• Contribute to KPIs through daily activities.
