Job summary

Maersk in the Philippines seeks a customer service professional in Manila to deliver service aligned with the Maersk brand and value proposition. You will support Sales and Customer Success on queries and quotations for Ocean & L&S products, liaise with colleagues locally or abroad, and ensure timely handling of exceptions within SLAs.

You will engage in export/import processes, work with origin/destination teams, and contribute to continuous improvement while aiming to meet KPIs and deliver

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2 and above years relevant experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, supply chain operations shipping/forwarding/supply chain industries.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good to have Data Analysis Skills
• MS Office Proficient
• Above-average stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work on dayshift schedule, site based working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• To deliver customer service in line with the Maersk brand, customer value proposition and guiding principles.
• Assist Sales and Customer Success Partners in queries and quotation requests for Ocean and L&S products.
• Assist customers with their issues keeping close communication with our co-workers locally or overseas to ensure prompt handling of exceptions or concerns.
• Read and reply to correspondences with both internal stakeholders and customers within SLAs as defined for the specific communication channel.
• Propose and sup port initiatives for continuous improvement of Ocean and L&S process/products.
• To execute and assist in various export and import sales process as per global design.
• Approach and convert BCOs currently book through forwarders.
• Replicate the solutions and sell them to the customers in same vertical industry to meet their needs.
• Support after sales implementation and onboarding
• Closely work with origin and destination execution team to develop unique customer value proposition.
• Carry out all activitiesin a manner that will contribute to the achievement of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
