Job summary

Maersk is seeking a customer service-oriented professional in the Philippines to support Ocean and L&S sales and operations. You will interact with local and international colleagues, manage inquiries, and help drive process improvements while adhering to SLAs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in shipping/logistics, strong English communication, and willingness to work on dayshift at a site-based location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year program.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Data analysis skills are a plus.
• Willing to work on dayshift and be site-based.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service in line with Maersk brand and value proposition.
• Assist Sales and Customer Success in queries and quotations for Ocean and L&S products.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues to ensure timely handling of issues.
• Read and reply to emails and messages within defined SLAs.
• Suggest and support initiatives for continuous improvement of Ocean and L&S processes.
• Execute and assist in export/import sales processes per global design.
• Engage with origin/destination teams to develop customer value propositions.
• Contribute to achieving team KPIs.
