Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Customer Service professional in Manila to deliver Maersk’s customer service standards across Ocean and L&S products. You will assist Sales and Customer Success, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues within defined SLAs.

The role requires a 4-year degree, 2+ years in shipping/logistics, excellent English, and the ability to work dayshift on site in a multinational environment. Maersk offers a diverse workplace and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service in line with Maersk brand and guidelines.
• Assist Sales and Customer Success with queries and quotations for Ocean and L&S products.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Read and reply to correspondences with stakeholders and customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Ocean and L&S processes and products.
• Support export/import sales processes per global design.
