Job summary

Maersk in Philippines is seeking a Customer Service professional to deliver service aligned with the Maersk brand. You will assist Sales and Customer Success for Ocean and L&S products, handling queries with timely responses and close coordination with colleagues locally or overseas.

The role requires 2+ years in shipping or logistics, strong English, data analysis keep pace with SLAs, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2+ years relevant experience in shipping, logistics, forwarding, supply chain operations.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good to have Data Analysis Skills.
• MS Office Proficient.
• Above-average stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work on dayshift schedule, site based working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service in line with the Maersk brand, customer value proposition and guiding principles.
• Assist Sales and Customer Success Partners in queries and quotation requests for Ocean and L&S products.
• Assist customers with their issues, keeping close communication with colleagues locally or overseas to ensure prompt handling of exceptions or concerns.
• Read and reply to correspondences with internal stakeholders and customers within SLAs.
• Propose and support initiatives for continuous improvement of Ocean and L&S processes/products.
• Execute and assist in various export and import sales processes as per global design.
• Approach and convert BCOs currently booked through forwarders.
• Replicate solutions and sell them to customers in the same vertical industry.
• Support after-sales implementation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with origin and destination execution teams to develop unique customer value proposition.
• Carry out activities to achieve KPIs.
