Job summary

SSG Philippines is seeking a Leadership Development Coordinator to drive the growth of our call center leaders. The role focuses on delivering engaging remote training, guiding supervisors, and shaping leadership capability across a global audience.

You will manage the Leadership Academy LMS, run post-training audits, track progress, and partner with operations, HR, and training teams to ensure programs meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience guiding supervisors to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to analyze leadership challenges and design actionable solutions.
• Experience interpreting performance data to design targeted development strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging remote training sessions for global call center leaders.
• Conduct post-training audits to assess knowledge retention and program impact.
• Oversee LMS enrollment, tracking, and content maintenance for Leadership Academy.
