You will design and implement career development plans for Learning Services, coordinate with departments, and drive continuous improvement in agent and trainee performance through strategic training interventions and robust reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Learning Services Team by setting weekly goals and monitoring performance against targets.
• Allocates resources to achieve delivery of tasks and coordinates with LS Supervisors for training resource management.
• Designs and implements training plans to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement across accounts.
• Generates training analytics and reports for decision makers and stakeholders.
