Job summary

DSV Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Training Specialist within People and Organization/ L&D to support global leadership development programs and manage LMS operations.

You will act as a first contact for employees and managers, coordinate enrollment and reporting, and collaborate with regional HR and IT teams to optimize program delivery and data integrity.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience, based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, IS, or related field.
• 2+ years in Learning, Training, or HR-related area with LMS experience.
• Experience with SharePoint and case management tools like ServiceNow.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Power BI/PowerApps is a plus.
• Strong English communication; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for global leadership programs and LMS.
• Coordinate enrollment, rescheduling, and reporting for learners.
• Manage LMS content, learning hubs, schedules, and guides.
• Collaborate with global/regional HR and IT stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and maintain program catalogs.
