Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks a Leadership Academy and Organizational Capability Lead to embed leadership programs across the Operations team. You will drive coaching capability, design modules, and partner with internal stakeholders and external trainers to deliver high-impact leadership development.

You will monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, and integrate learning resources into the LMS, while mentoring leaders and supporting succession planning in a global, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related field.
• BPO or contact center experience is required.
• Experience developing, implementing, or embedding leadership development or capability-building programs.
• Experience beyond pure training delivery, such as organizational development, leadership development, coaching, competency development, behavior change, or capability-building initiatives.
• Experience working with Operations leaders, Team Leaders, Program Managers, or other people leaders.
• Strong experience in coaching, facilitation, and leadership development.
• Ability to monitor and assess coaching quality, KPIs, compliance, and leadership practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to create or improve training materials and learning resources.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and leadership performance metrics.
• Learning management system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Leadership Academy across the organization.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external training partners to ensure successful program delivery.
• Facilitate leadership training, workshops, coaching sessions, and other learning activities as needed.
• Help develop training modules, learning materials, tools, and resources to support leadership development.
• Support assessments, certification activities, program records, and other Academy requirements.
• Incorporate relevant learning modules and tools into the company's learning management system.
• Follow through on leadership training to ensure leaders apply what they learn in their day-to-day work.
• Conduct coaching sessions, coaching audits, inspections, and triad sessions.
• Review coaching quality and help leaders improve their coaching practices.
• Coach leaders and support them in applying the leadership playbook.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate development or corrective actions.
• Monitor leadership activities, coaching quality, KPIs, compliance, and other measures of leadership effectiveness.
• Conduct audits and reviews of leadership practices, including one-on-one sessions, coaching, development activities, and documentation.
• Track results and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and insights for Operations and senior leaders.
• Help measure whether leadership development initiatives are producing meaningful workplace results.
• Support leadership development and capability-building initiatives across Operations.
• Participate in leadership assessments and development planning.
• Support initiatives for emerging leaders, high-potential employees, and succession readiness.
• Work with Operations leaders to strengthen leadership capability and internal talent pipelines.
