Job summary

Support Services Group is seeking a detail-oriented Leadership Development Coordinator to drive growth of our call center leadership. You will facilitate remote sessions, manage the Leadership Academy LMS, and ensure follow-through with post-training activities.

You will partner with HR and operations to align programs with business goals, analyze outcomes, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement. Global audiences and diverse learning needs will be a key focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational leadership development and coaching supervisors.
• Ability to analyze performance data to design targeted development strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for remote delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate remote leadership training sessions for a global audience.
• Conduct post-training audits and provide actionable feedback.
• Oversee LMS enrollment, tracking, and completion of modules.
