Job summary

Emapta Global in Makati is seeking a Leadership Academy and Organizational Capability Lead to embed leadership programs across Operations and strengthen coaching capabilities. You will collaborate with operations leaders, design impactful learning experiences, and oversee program quality and outcomes.

You will participate in developing modules, tools, and resources, while advancing assessments, certifications, and LMS integration to sustain capability-building across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Learning & Development or Talent Development
• Experience in coaching, facilitation, and leadership development
• Experience working with Operations leaders and program managers
• Experience embedding leadership programs beyond pure training delivery

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Leadership Academy across the organization
• Work with internal stakeholders and external training partners to ensure program delivery
• Facilitate leadership training, workshops and coaching sessions
• Develop training modules, materials and resources for leadership development
• Maintain program records, assessments, and certification activities
• Integrate leadership modules into the company Learning Management System
• Monitor coaching quality, KPIs, compliance and leadership practices
• Prepare leadership insights and reports for Operations and senior leaders
